Important clarification
Carbon removal certificates should complement direct emissions reduction, not replace it. First reduce your own emissions as far as possible. Then fund verified carbon removal to address hard-to-abate emissions and help scale the projects needed for long-term climate recovery. All organizations buying Oncra-certified carbon certificates must adhere to the Oxford Carbon Offsetting Principles.
